Kindly be informed that the 53rd Graduation Ceremony of the University of Zambia will be conducted from Monday, 20th to Friday, 24th May, 2024. We request all graduands to carry out the final clearance procedure by the university as follows:
1. Fulfill all financial obligations to the university.
2. Obtain a clearance from the Dean of Student Affairs Unit, then proceed to clear with
- Your respective schools/units/directorates
- University Library, and
- Student Finance
3. Payment of the K400,00 participation fee either by card at our accounts office, room two (2), or bank deposit using the following bank accounts:

4. Submission of the deposit slip to the office of the Accountant, Academic Affairs, room two(2), to obtain the UNZA official receipt.
5. Provide acceptable evidence of this clearance at the Academic Office in one of the following rooms; 6, 8, 10, 13, and 14.
Please note that those who will not do the final clearance outlined above will not be allowed to participate in the graduation ceremony.
Further, note that the clearance process for the graduation ceremony will not be available after 10th May 2024.
