All Students and Sponsors- METHOD OF PAYMENT OF FEES TO UNZA BY UNDERGRADUATES PDF Print E-mail
All students and sponsors of students are hereby advised that the University of Zambia Students’ registration system only accepts payment by cash or payments through a manager’s cheque or bank certified cheque payable into the University of Zambia Bank Account.
Payments can be made at all ZANACO branches except the Manda Hill branch.  Please note that in the event  that a student chooses to  pay using a bank certified or manager’s cheque,  explicit instructions  written to the Bank is required from the payer clearly  indicating  who the beneficiary is, with  a correct  computer  number included.
In case where the  aforesaid cheques have been issued,  the requirement for explicit instructions  to the bank is a MUST and is not optional if the student  has to be registered.
All fees should be paid only by use of bill master and not by using  ordinary cash or cheque deposits or bank transfers, clearly  stating whether  the student is paying for full time or distance studies.
All sponsors are therefore, guided by this memorandum in order to avoid  unnecessary delays in  the registration of students.
