Obstetrics & Gynaecology

The course in Obstetrics and gynaecology is spread out through three clinical years and is intended to familiarise the student with the principles and practice of obstetrics and gynaecology in general, with emphasis on conditions peculiar to Africa and Zambia. Teaching is in the form of lectures, tutorials, seminars and clinical instructions. Special subject seminars, obstetrics and gynaecology pathology sessions and departmental conferences are also held.
