Bayport bails out 10 UNZA students

Lusaka Mayor visits UNZA
The Mayor of Lusaka city Mr Mulenga Sata on Thursday 25th September 2014 visited the University of Zambia to familiarize himself with the operations of the institution. The mayor was welcomed by the Acting Vice-Chancellor Prof. Enala Tembo Mwase, Acting Deputy Vice-Chancellor Prof. Bizeck Phiri and Registrar Dr. Kavwanga Yambayamba.
Mr Sata said his visit was meant to start interaction with the University and find the best way to develop the area around the institution. He challenged the University to come up with solutions to some challenges facing the Lusaka City Council especially in the field of engineering. The Mayor later took a short tour of the institution.
