The Zambia Legal Information Institute
(ZamLII) was established by the Law School of the
University of
Zambia in 1996, in partnership with
Zamnet . It has received important start-up assistance from the
Legal Information Institute
of Cornell Law School. The Institute's aim is to improve access to
judgments, statutes and other legal materials of the Republic of
Zambia both within Zambia and elsewhere and to connect lawyers,
judges, academics, students and others within Zambia with the
growing collection of legal information available around the globe
via the Internet.
