lender institutions such as the PTA Bank, generally perfecting
all borrowing documentation for group companies, debt
collection responsibilities including pursuing defaulters on
various loans given. Responsibilities also included heading
the Legal Department and performing personnel and management
related tasks vis a vis members of the Legal Department.
