The University of Zambia (UNZA) Deputy Vice Chancellor Dr. Tamala Kambikambi has been appointed to the Board of the Zambia Qualifications Authority (ZAQA) Management Board.
Dr. Kambikambi will join a group of other distinguished and eminent Zambians to provide strategic direction to the qualifications authority as Board member.
In a letter of appointment signed by the Minister of Higher Education, Hon. Dr. Brian Mushimba , MP., Dr. Kambikambi has been appointed in office for a tenure period of three years in accordance with the provisions of the Zambia Qualifications Authority (ZAQA) Act number 201.
Meanwhile, the Minister of Higher Education has expressed confidence in Dr. Kambikambi's abilities and wished her well as she executes her duties on the Board.
