prof. mubiana macwangi 1

Prof. Mubiana Macwang’i is the Director of INESOR, a Public Health expert and Senior Research Fellow. She holds a PhD in Health Behavior and Health Education and an MPH in Population and Planning Studies. She has over ten years working experience as a Researcher/Lecturer, Health Development and Monitoring and Evaluation Consultant. Her past research areas include Health Reforms/ Health Systems, Equity in Health, Quality Health Care, Community Participation, Impacts of HIV and AIDS and Gender, Health and Development. She has published in Health Systems (Health Referrals, Quality of care) and under five Mortality. Click here for works done by this researcher.

chishimba mulambia

Chishimba Mulambia is a Researcher and Trainer with over 8 years research experience in heath policy and service provision in Zambia. She has conducted numerous studies on Community Based Organisations, Gender, Behavioural Change Communication, HIV/AIDS, health systems and policy and Cervical Cancer. She has also trained parliamentarians, policy makers, and service providers on qualitative research techniques and results based financing. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Social Work from the University of Zambia, and a Masters Degree in Development Studies from Leeds University, United Kingdom. She is currently employed as Research Fellow at the Institute of Economic and Social Research (INESOR), University of Zambia (UNZA). Click here for works done by this researcher.

Dr. Sydney Malama is a Research Fellow in the Health Promotion Programme.He has wide experience in research in the field of Molecular epidemiology of tuberculosis and other infectious diseases of major public health significance in Zambia. He is also a University /College educator- trains undergraduate and post graduate students in Medical Microbiology, Molecular biology and Public health/Environmental Microbiology. He possesses excellent skills in preparing applications for grant aided researches as well as in writing peer-reviewed scientific publications and making presentations at scientific meetings.His past engagements as country representative on collaborative projects has gained him valuable experience in financial management and people management skills.Click here for publications done by this researcher.
