Stores Clerk

Responsible for managing all records of stocks in the Central Stores.

Responisbilities
Preparing and guiding in the preparation of work plans;
Keeping record of all Purchase orders raised in the Purchasing and Supplies Unit;
Raising purchase orders and ensuring that they are signed by the relevant authorities;
Keeping an updated data /filing system for easy retrieval of documents;
Assisting in keeping records of all purchases;
Assisting in preparation of enquiries and soliciting for quotations pertaining to the purchase of various goods and services.
Qualifications
Grade 12 School Certificate or its equivalent;
CIPS Level 3 Advanced Certificate in Procurement and Supply;
At least two (2) years relevant working experience;
Must have 2023 practicing license from the Zambia Institute of Purchasing &Supply (ZIPS); and
Must be ICT Literate.
