Private Partnership Project coming |
|
UNZA and the Intermarket Securities (ISL) have signed an agreement for the development of infrastructure at UNZA Great East Road Campus under a Public Private Partnership (PPP) Project. The agreement was signed on 8th February 2010.
The scale of the opportunity for the project is substantial with a funding need of between US$60-90 million. The project will be undertaken on a develop, build, operate and transfer (DBOT) basis over a transfer period of between 25 and 30 years. A hotel, business park, staff houses and student hostels will be built under this project. |
