The Zambia Centre for Accountancy Studies (ZCAS) in conjunction with the University of Zambia (UNZA) offers the Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Commercial Law Degree whose aim is to equip candidates with knowledge and skills in the fields of business and commercial law and the broad context in which they operate. The programme provides a well-rounded approach to commercial law which is taught by a combination of lectures, tutorials, seminars, and case studies. Students are assessed through assignments and examinations. |

UNZA Signs MoU with Gediz |
The University of Zambia and Gediz University of Turkey have signed a cooperative agreement in education and research. The MoU was signed by UNZA Vice-Chancellor Professor Simukanga and Rector, Professor Seyfullah Cevik, representing Gediz University.
Gediz University and The University of Zambia agree on the importance and the usefulness to establish mutual scientific, educational and cultural programs in order to assert and to consolidate relationships between the two universities and their countries. |

We wish to inform the general public that the University of Zambia Open Day which was scheduled to take place on 1st June 2013 at the University of Zambia Great East Road Campus has been rescheduled to a later date.
This is because the First Republican President Dr Kenneth Kaunda, who was to deliver a Public lecture, has had his diary rescheduled to enable him attend to other national duties. We will be able to communicate the new date once it is fixed.
We deeply regret the inconvenience that may be caused by rescheduling the event. |
