This serves to inform all graduates from the 48th graduation ceremony which was held from 4th to 7th March 2019 that the graduation certificates will be available for collection starting on Monday, 20th May 2019 from the Customer Service Center at the University of Zambia, Great East Road Campus.
THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS WILL BE REQUIRED BEFORE COLLECTION:
- COMPLETED CLEARANCE FORM
- NATIONAL REGISTRATION CARD (NRC) OR DRIVER’S LICENSE
- AUTHORISATION LETTER (IF COLLECTING ON SOMEONE’S BEHALF)
We are pleased to announce that a video of the graduation ceremony is available on flash disk for K50 at the Academic Affairs office.
Should you prefer to have your certificate couriered, please scan and send the above-captioned documents, your current mailing address as well as proof of deposit to customerrelations@unza.zm.
