Hikabwa D. Chipande

Hikabwa D. Chipande coordinates the master's degree programme in Physical Education and Sports in the University of Zambia and was National Coordinator for the UNESCO supported Quality Physical Education policy revision process in Zambia. He is also Managing Editor for the Zambia Social Science Journal and African Academic Editor for The International Journal of the History of Sports.
