The third component of the POLYGRAM project involves the transfer of skills among practitioners. This component targets the wider Research, Programme and Policy Practitioners. This component of the project was established with the realisation that the available technical skills were sometimes restricted and not widely shared among peers. The project, therefore, aims to achieve skills transfusion through interaction among peers.
