Biography

Prof. Reccab Ochieng MANYALA is currently Professor of Physics at the University of Zambia where he lectures in Physics and carries out research and consultancy in New and Renewable Energy and Renewable Energy Technologies.  He obtained his PhD. in Renewable Energy and Renewable Energy Technologies from Maseno University (Kenya) in 2009. Prof. MANYALA holds Bachelor degree in Education Science-BEd-Science (Physics Mathematics), a Master degree in Theoretical Physics (Plasma Physics and Mathematical Physics) from University of Nairobi (Kenya) as well as a Master degree in Experimental Physics (Condensed Matter Physics) from University of Arkansas (USA).  He has published extensively and has research and teaching experience in many areas of Physics spanning over thirty years in Kenya and abroad.
