     Brief Introduction of the School

Mansa Secondary School was opened in 1978 with the population of 600 pupils. Later the demand was high, hence it was upgraded to Grade 1 school with the same infrustructure. Some dormitories were converted into classrooms to create more space. As at now there are 1300 pupils and 77 teachers. The school is running from Grade 8 to Grade 12. Mansa Secondary School is a public middle school in Luapula Province. The Chinese course at the school began in May 2014. There are 5 classes having Chinese course so far. The total number of students taking Chinese course is about 200. The present teachers of Chinese subject at the school are Ms. Deng Ting and Mr. Wang Zhixi. Besides the school classes, the pupils also take extra weekend classes for HSK. In order to organise Chinese activities well and effectively, the leadership of Mansa Secondary School gave an individual room as the Chinese language office.
