Brief introduction of School

Rhodes Park School is an independent school established in the 1960's. The School offers a high standard of nursery, reception, primary and secondary education with a modern approach that has not abandoned traditional practices and values.

Brief Introduction of Chinese Language Education at the School

Rhodes Park School started Chinese language education from 2011, and  up to 2016 there are more than 1000 students who have learned Chinese language. From September 2015 the Confucius Institute Classroom was established and there are 2 Chinese volunteer teachers. From Grade 1 to Grade 12, there are 29 classes of Chinese Language courses and each class has 1 hour per week for learning Chinese language, and 4 martial arts classes per week, (this is a Chinese Culture Club

Confucius Institute activities at the School

Martial Arts CLUB: 4 class-hours per a week .

Chinese Dance: Pupils performed on the handover ceremony of Confucius Institute building project and Confucius Institute Day. 

Chinese Song,Chinese culture, Chinese tea, Chinese movies,Lianpu and Chinese paper cutting are also done at the school.
